I've tried to be as concise and thorough as possible, anticipating what you might ask or want to know.

In an effort to make this event as easy and simply as possible for both of us, this page has everything you need to know as a speaker for this event.

🤯 I'm NOT setting up a speaker community where you ask questions, get reminders/updates or "get to know each other." I've done that in the past and it (quite honestly) just creates a lot more work for me.

I love you all and would LOVE to get to know you better but not by setting up another online speaker group where you read endless posts and conversations which aren't relevant for you only to have you get frustrated and then tune out because it feels chaotic and overwhelming. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The Summit: What, Where, When, Why, and HOW

What is this summit about?

Discussing the practical application of intuition—in your area of expertise and life experience.

Where does this online summit takes place? 

ALL OF IT TAKES PLACE in the online community accessed directly through my (Allison) website portal. Click here to see what that looks like.

1. NO extra 3rd party apps required.
2. No part of this summit takes place on Facebook, Youtube, Vimeo, or a landing page.
3. There are NOT separate links to access videos on different days.
4. No emails are sent during event week.
5. Instead, speaker talks are scheduled INSIDE THE COMMUNITY BY ME and attendees indicate attendance and add event to their calendar.
6. Automatic reminders are sent a few days before your talk, at the time of and when we go live.

There is ONE LIVE ROOM INSIDE THE COMMUNITY AND EVERY INTERVIEW HAPPENS INSIDE THAT ONE ROOM ON THE SCHEDULED DAY AND TIME. It will be recorded. That recording is located at the top of the community page and will remain there.

BECAUSE THIS IS A LIVE EVENT, PUNCTUALITY IS SUPER IMPORTANT. If an emergency happens and you need to reschedule during summit week, we can.

When does this online summit take place? 

The week of May 1-7, 2023. It starts on a Monday and ends on a Sunday. Every speaker will have a scheduled day and time to go live inside the community during that week.

Why this topic?

I love intuition and I'd love for us, together, to invite more people to understand and apply intuition in practical, life-changing ways.

Why this format? 

This is the 3rd summit I've created and hosted. I want to try something different, hopefully increasing attendee learning by hosting it "classroom style."

The 1st summit I created and hosted—Intuition for Everyday Living, was pre-recorded  interview style and super successful. There were lots of bells and whistles like professionally edited videos, BINGO with prizes for engagement, and daily posts in the FB group.

The 2nd one— Channeling, Mediumship, Intuition, Oh My! was individual speaker pre-recorded presentations, I had a co-host, and it didn't get as great a turnout for whatever reason.

For this 3rd one, I want to:

1. Do way less work on video editing and back end prep
2. Make it less time consuming for speakers
3. Increase student attendance, engagement, and learning by having them sit in on the conversation LIVE.

How does this summit work? 

Each speaker has a scheduled day and time.

It'll be unscripted interview style conversation where you—the speaker, discuss the practical application of intuition in your area of expertise and according to your experience. I am there to keep the conversation going (and mute people who forget to mute! 🤣)

EVERYONE GATHERS AT THE SAME TIME—the speakers, me (the host), and the attendees. It's just like a zoom room presentation. We're all in the same room at the same time.

The attendees watch the LIVE interview between you and me for 15-20 minutes and then the rest of the hour is time for questions. I'll ask for questions to be submitted in advance to get FAQs addressed. The rest of the hour can be live questions.

ALL INTERVIEWS/LIVE Q & A SESSIONS ARE RECORDED AND POSTED DIRECTLY IN THE COMMUNITY AT THE TOP OF THE COMMUNITY PAGE.

Have I ever done this summit format before? Nope! How exciting to see if it works! 

Will this summit be free for people to attend or is there a fee?

Let me first say that SPEAKERS ATTEND FREE, CLEARLY.

This question refers to those people ATTENDING this event.

This is a big question and one that I am not taking lightly. In the past, my summits have been free and the recordings have been offered for a fee.

While this might be the best earning structure, I have doubts about whether or not it supports the best learning outcomes. Sound strange to say?

I've been writing and hosting self-guided online courses for years. I've had over 5K students enroll in my online classes so I have some data to backup what I'm about to say .....

Even when people have the best of intentions, statistically speaking the percentage of people who:

1. Start the replays 
2. Finish even a small portion of those replays

is VERY low.

As a lifelong educator, I ask myself, "How can I increase student learning while also making the process easier on everyone?"

We're all busy. So, the answer I came up with for today is hosting a summit in a vibrant community and offering INTERACTIVE AND LIVE sessions with the option of replays.

I also took a poll.

100% of people polled said they'd pay a nominal monthly fee of $3.99 to be able to attend live, have the replays available, and be part of a community.

What does that mean for you, as a speaker, if this event has a fee?

You'll need to decide if you're okay with this structure. As I said, I've never done this before but I'm willing to try something new if it provides participants a reason to be more engaged. 

It's a NO CONTRACT, MONTH BY MONTH offer. Participants can cancel anytime, no questions asked.

Why a monthly fee instead of a one time fee?

First, they feel compelled to participate in the live sessions because they're paying for it. Second, the fee is so small they don't fee rushed to watch the videos or participate in the community after the event. I will explain this on the summit landing page so potential participants are clear on what's happening with the monthly fee and activities post summit.
